For the event, I designed a dedicated email that would be sent out to Washingtonian's listserve of 135K opt-in subscribers advertising the event and encouraging ticket sales. I picked an oak and old gold color palette and a unique, sans-serif display font. The narrowness of the typeface added a lovely height and by pairing it with a more squat subhead I was able to design an ad that really stood out.
I also designed a Whiskey Tasting Guide, table tents, and Whiskey Tasting sheets to be used at the event as well as web designs to be used for social media to promote the upcoming festival.
